MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS

Devon Rudloff

Assistant Vice President, Human Resources
Chesapeake Utilities


Ms. Rudloff was appointed Assistant Vice President of Chesapeake Utilities in March of 2015. In this role, she is responsible for all of the company’s Human Resource functions, including talent acquisition, professional development and training, employee relations, employee retention and reward, succession planning, compensation and benefits, policy management, compliance, and enhancing and expanding our HR programs as we continue to grow our businesses. Ms. Rudloff joined the company in 2010 as the Director of Human Resources for Florida Public Utilities. For twenty years prior to joining Chesapeake, Ms. Rudloff served in various HR management positions within TECO Energy businesses including TECO Peoples Gas and Tampa Electric. Devon began her career in the utility industry with West Florida Natural Gas Company and has over 30 years of utility industry experience. Devon graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She minored in Education and is qualified to teach middle school social sciences. She has her SPHR certification (Senior Professional Human Resources) and has a passion for people, training and career development.
