The Southern Gas Association Inclusion and Diversity Council’s mission is to foster innovative actions that help members to embed inclusion and diversity in their long-term business strategy. Cultivating an inclusive work environment and diverse workforce will ensure the natural gas industry will attract and retain the best talent.
The goal of the Council is to help support member companies on their inclusion and diversity journey and with initiatives to reflect and embrace the gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, physical ability, as well as the religions, political, and cultural views of their employees and the broader community.
SGA Inclusion and Diversity Council will work together to develop a competency-based inclusion and diversity roadmap that will be available to all SGA members as a resource. Strategic inclusion, diversity and equity initiatives will be congruent with our members’ long-term business objectives.
