Rachel Williams

Rachel B. Williams is a Super-Connector, Women’s Leadership Coach, and Speaker who helps women make their careers fit THEM – not the other way around!

With over 14 years of experience in the environmental management of utility-scale energy projects – including oil and gas, renewables, and electric – Rachel pivoted her career to focus on the three areas she loves most: Connecting energy leaders with the environmental services they need through business development at Tetra Tech, Advocating for women’s leadership as CEO of her own coaching business Authentic Women’s Leadership, and Speaking and presenting for both!

Rachel lives in Houston, Texas, and finds great joy in being a “personal development junkie”, spending time with her family and pets, and getting out into nature as much as possible!
