John-Michael Kretz
Managing Director, KPMG
John-Michael is the leader of the Accounting Advisory Services Sustainability practice for Industrial Manufacturing, Energy, Natural Resources, Chemicals and Power & Utilities.
He has over 21 years of finance and accounting experience, providing financial reporting assistance, technical accounting guidance, and other services. He has also served as a national instructor on various topics, including revenue recognition, business combinations, and leasing. He completed a rotation within KPMG’s Department of Professional Practice, where he assisted in developing firm guidance under the FASB’s Accounting Standards Codification. John-Michael also worked within KPMG’s Audit practice for over nine years and as a vice president in Goldman Sachs’ Finance Division for two years.

Steve Estes is a partner with KPMG’s Advisory practice and has over 30 years of experience providing advisory services to energy clients. Steve currently serves as KPMG’s leader for the Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk practice’s Texas Business Unit and as its U.S. ESG Governance Lead.
