Event Summary
Ken Blanchard and Paul Hershey have developed the Situational Leadership Theory, also known as the Hershey-Blanchard Model, which assesses the development level of people (followers) on different skills and then proposes leadership styles that best suit the situation (follower + skill). This webinar will be an introduction session on the theory, development levels and the leadership style match. While intended for leaders, especially new leaders or potential candidates to be leaders, the information covered can be used by everyone in almost every mentor-follower relationship, leader-employee, teacher-student, parent-child, and spouse-spouse
Participants will receive 1 Professional Development Hour (PDH) upon completion.
