Event Summary
In today’s competitive business landscape, efficiency is not just a goal — it’s a necessity. One of the core principles of Lean methodology is the elimination of non-value add (NVA) activities, which are processes or steps that consume resources but do not add value from the customer’s perspective. Reducing NVA activities can lead to significant improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction. This session will cover effective strategies such as Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, and other methodologies to identify and reduce waste.
Participants will receive 1 Professional Development Hour (PDH) upon completion.
