Vaccination or negative COVID test within 72 hours is not required but recommended.
Every effort is being made to allow for social distancing during the conference.
Food safety measures are in place at the convention center as well as hotels.
In the Know Before You Go email, we will provide you with information on the closest hospital and pharmacy.
Personal-sized hand sanitizer will be provided by SGA.
Masks will be provided by SGA as needed.
Frequent cleaning will occur at the Charlotte Convention Center.
The exhibit hall has wider aisles, booths are 10’ x 10’ and follow International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) standards.
