Event Summary

This course will explore best practices for engaging with regulatory bodies throughout the lifecycle of energy projects. Attendees will gain insights into how clear, consistent, and compliant communication can improve project outcomes, reduce delays, and build trust with regulators. This course emphasizes the integration of digital technologies, data-driven platforms, and traditional communication methods to ensure transparency and accountability, and alignment with regulatory expectations.

Attendees will receive 1.5 Professional Development Hours (PDH) upon completion.

To equip professionals with knowledge, tools, and strategies to effectively communicate with regulatory bodies utilizing modern technologies and proven traditional practices to build positive relationships and outcomes.

Jeremiah Walker

Jeremiah Walker III is a seasoned environmental professional with 16 years’ experience in erosion and sediment control, construction management, and environmental inspection. His career in environmental consulting began in 2008, and his travels have taken him to various states such as Indiana, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Ohio, Kansas, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. He founded Boden Consulting Services, a minority-owned business providing environmental and engineering services to oil and gas clients in PA, WV, and OH.
