The Corporate Services Section Managing Committee provides forums for member companies to learn, develop and share their best practices to enhance corporate functions.
OUR MISSION
SGA’s Gas Supply Marketing Committee provides dynamic, timely forums for addressing issues pertaining to Gas Supply Marketing. Those issues include the latest developments in the areas of natural gas and LNG supplies, pipeline and storage infrastructures, changing demand for natural gas, and the development of new gas markets.
The purpose of the Section Managing Committee is to build a collaborative community within this section, engage in dialogue to facilitate the exchange of information, and to manage training and education relevant to this section and the natural gas industry. This committee sponsors forums for member companies to learn, develop, and share best practices to enhance essential corporate functions of member companies.
The committee consists of Gas Supply Marketing Professionals from across the natural gas industry, who are strategic thinkers, leaders and decision makers within our respective companies.
The Gas Supply Marketing Section Managing Section Committee engages and builds a community within this peer group to facilitate the exchange of information.
The committee meets in person at planning meetings and conferences, and for monthly committee calls.

SGA’s Gas Forecasters Committee coordinates forecasting activities of the association and provides member companies with information and data on specific forecasting issues.
Who We Are? Natural Gas Employees focused on forecasting.
What We Do? The Committee is responsible for providing the latest information to professionals involved in areas such as forecasting daily gas load requirements, winter period design day, weather daily forecasting accuracy, daily/seasonal entitlement, utilizing the latest forecasting technology and more.
Where We Meet? The Gas Forecasters committee meets on monthly conference calls, at an onsite planning meeting and holds a roundtable as part of the SGA Natural Gas Connect.
SGA’s LNG Operations Committee is looking for new members to focuses on the safe, reliable, effective and efficient construction, operations, and maintenance of LNG facilities which include technologies, processes, best practices, lessons learned and standards.
Who We Are? Operations supervisors, managers, and directors from across the natural gas industry.
What We Do? Build a community within its peer group to engage in dialogue and facilitate the exchange of information.
Where We Meet? The LNG Operations Committee meets on monthly conference calls, at an onsite planning meeting, and holds a roundtable as part of the SGA Operating Conference.
