The monthly L&D newsletter from SGA
In the November edition of the L&D Newsletter, we discuss two new programs for professional credentialing. The Energy Leadership program will provide attendees with the skills and abilities to serve in various roles, from first-line supervisors to strategic leaders. The Operator Qualification program will provide a formal, multi-tiered program to ensure Operators are properly trained in necessary skills and competencies.
The newsletter describes recent work on the upgrades to Campus, and provides specifics on the course topics. In the section on new courses, we highlight several new courses beginning in December, including a new Women and Leadership Committee Book Club series. Finally, we provide the updated course schedule for the next four months.
