Keynote Speaker: Larry Wyche, President/CEO, Wyche Leadership and Logistic Consulting

larry wyche

Larry Wyche is a retired United States Army Lieutenant General. He last served as the deputy commanding general of the U.S. Army Materiel Command. Prior to his last assignment, Wyche served as the Special Assistant to the Commanding General, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command. He has also served as commanding general of the Combined Arms Support Command, commanding general of the Sustainment Center of Excellence (SCoE) and Senior Mission Commander for Fort Lee, Virginia.

"We are Warfighter Logisticians and Supporters, prepared to give the shirts off our backs and boots off our feet, to support the fight. We will never say no, as long as there is one gallon of gas to give, or one bullet to give"

Larry just finished writing a book "Shirts Off our Backs; Boots Off Our Feet" by the dedicated men and women who serve in the Department of Defense's logistics and Supply Chain organizations. The book is for leaders, logisticians and Supply Chain professionals who are obsessed with customer support while creating value for the organizations they serve. Larry is passionate about four things.  Leadership, Supply Chain and Logistics, his family and his faith.

Larry believes that leadership matters in the field but that often supply chain is viewed as an afterthought. Instead, he believes that supply chain professionals can use supply chain to drive value to the C-Suite.  Supply Chain, when viewed from a leadership perspective impacts cash flow, risk mitigation, safety, inventory and can drive improvements to the bottom line.

Larry is a highly decorated Lieutenant General that has served our country well. His keynote-Logistics leadership, a critical component for companies seeking a competitive advantage through supply chain management and logistics, is sure to inform, motivate and inspire.
