Event Summary
Fix the Onboarding Gap to Engage, Retain, and Empower Your Workforce
Most onboarding programs miss the mark—delivering checklists instead of connection, and policies instead of purpose. The result? New hires disengage, ghost, or burnout before they even settle in.
In this high-impact, engaging session, you’ll learn how to reimagine onboarding as a performance-driven experience. You’ll explore how to build people-centered processes and just-in-time learning tools that empower new employees to succeed from day one.
Whether you’re revamping your current onboarding program or building one from scratch, this course will give you the clarity, structure, and energy you need to make onboarding your competitive advantage.
Attendees will receive 2 Professional Development Hours (PDH) upon completion.
