Quality Manager, Flagger Force
Tyler Orazio, quality manager at Flagger Force, has been with the company for nine years. After beginning his career as a crew member, he progressed through the organization in roles with safety and quality. Tyler’s current responsibilities are process creation, refinement, risk business systems management, and analysis. He has received his advanced safety and incident investigation certificates from the National Safety Council. He has experience with implementing telematics infrastructure to support a fleet of over 1,000 vehicles across the eastern United States and developing policies for safe driving practices.
Adam Wintersteen
Flagger Force
Adam Wintersteen is currently a safety professional with Flagger Force. Since joining the company ten years ago, he began his career as a crew member, working alongside utilities throughout the eastern United States to provide safe, quality work zones. Using his experience, Adam grew with the company as a quality specialist and progressed to a safety professional. He is responsible for injury management, creating and implementing safety operational procedures for the entire company, incident and accident investigation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Adam currently resides in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, with his family.
