Join us as we continue the conversation around Safety Differently from this year’s Management Conference breakout session. Marguerite Porsch, the manager of safety culture from CenterPoint Energy, will discuss the journey her organization has embarked upon to eliminate fatalities and serious injuries (SIFs). Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) is the foundation to our safety approach, and we will explore how that is helping us to become a learning organization. This change will be presented in a way to leave you will practical takeaways that you can implement at your organization.
