This year’s Exhibit Hall at the SGA Operations Conference is designed with one goal in mind: real conversations that spark real connections.

We are accepting:

50 Regular Exhibit Tables – $1,550
30 Pipeline Pairings Spots – $2,100

Location & Format

Our Exhibit Hall will be located one floor above the main session rooms—convenient, central, and intentionally integrated into the flow of the event.

We will host breakfasts, receptions, and key networking touchpoints in the exhibit space to maximize visibility and engagement.

Pipeline PairingsTM: High-Impact Connections by Design

The Pipeline Pairings experience is your front-row seat to strategic relationship-building.

As a Pipeline Pairings exhibitor, you’ll receive everything included with a standard tabletop PLUS:

  • Special floor clings identifying your booth and showcasing your elevated role
  • Sponsorship recognition at the special event
  • Access to a private VIP networking room—a comfortable, upscale space to host deeper conversations
  • Advance scheduling of 1:1, 15-minute conversations with operators who select you based on your brief product/service description

This is more than booth traffic, it’s targeted time with decision-makers.

To ensure you meet with operators, Pipeline Pairings will incentivize operators to complete their scheduled meetings with you, making them eligible for exclusive giveaways. You’ll also be able to identify which participants were most engaged, helping you prioritize follow-up and future collaboration.

If you’re looking for an exhibit experience that goes beyond “show and tell” and creates meaningful business development opportunities, this is it.

Members: $2,100
Non-Members: $2,500
*1 exhibitor registration is included per exhibit space.

Click here to view the floor plan and click here to reserve your Pipeline Pairings tabletop.

Standard Tabletop Exhibit

Exhibits will be tabletop displays with a clean, focused layout. Each tabletop includes one full conference registration and we’ve built a schedule that ensures exhibitors can both attend sessions and be present at their booths during high-traffic times.

Exhibitors will also be assigned a lunch table in the general session room, giving you direct access to attendees and the opportunity to deepen conversations outside of the booth.

Contact Cristina Lau at CLau@sganaturalgas.org with any questions.

Members: $1,550
Non-Members: $1,950
*1 exhibitor registration is included per exhibit space.
