Juan Carlos is a Mechanical engineer with a strong background in engineering management, project life-cycle development and regulatory permitting. 15+ years of experience in development of LNG facilities including liquefaction, regasification, bunkering, and peak shavers. Experienced with mechanical equipment and piping specifications, selection, design, and testing. Hands-on experience with facility commissioning planning, execution, and oversight. Rotating equipment subject matter expert with significant experience in vibration analysis and troubleshooting.
