Adamantine Energy will guide SGA members through the latest disruptions driving the need for implementing an ESG strategy including evolving investor expectations and dynamic social momentum. SGA Members will leave with a better understanding of what an ESG strategy entails and actionable steps they can take today.

This webinar will kick off an email series that guides companies through the process of developing and implementing their own ESG strategy.

Meet the Instructor


Anne Carto, Director of Client Strategy and Sustainability, Adamantine Energy

Anne Carto is the Director of Client Strategy and Sustainability for Adamantine Energy. In her role, she guides clients’ operational sustainability by developing strategies to mitigate the unique risks facing each oil and gas company. By developing and guiding companies’ environmental, social, and governance (ESG), decarbonization, and stakeholder navigation strategies, she supports Adamantine’s proactive and transformational work of future-proofing companies against rising social risk. Her perspective is shaped by a deep understanding of oil and gas stakeholders and her Sustainability Excellence Associate certification from Green Business Certification Inc., formerly the International Society of Sustainability Professionals. Prior to Adamantine, Anne served as Community Outreach Manager for the Colorado Oil & Gas Association in which she led the association’s community outreach and local regulatory efforts, executing proactive engagement in key oil and gas jurisdictions across Colorado. Before arriving in Colorado, Anne was the Communications Coordinator for the Ohio Oil & Gas Association and Director of Coalitions and New Media for Energy In Depth – the Ohio Project, a national energy education and outreach program.

Anne received her bachelor’s degree from Ohio University, during which she worked in various levels of government and multiple political campaigns. She holds leadership positions within the EnGen energy leadership program, Oilfield Helping Hands Rockies Chapter, and Women’s Energy Network Colorado. She serves on the Colorado Department of Economic Development & International Trade – Advanced Industries Energy & Natural Resources Sub-Committee and Girls Inc. of Metro Denver Advocacy Committee. In her spare time, Anne prioritizes travel, fitness, and outdoor recreation.
