Back by popular demand after a standing-room-only session at the 2025 TCEPC Conference, this class returns to bring its high-impact content to a wider audience.
Event Overview
Speculation abounds concerning impending listings of new species under the Endangered Species Act. With over 500 species under consideration, and 1,682 plants or animals currently listed, it can feel daunting to keep up! What is the latest on the final listing of the Tricolored bat, for example? What about the Eastern Regal Fritillary? Are there any interim measures or updated guidance to managing and mitigating for listed or pending species on your projects today? Will USFWS keep their current goal of listing by late 2024?
Attendees will receive 1 Professional Development Hour upon completion.
