Training Programs are essential to the success of a Control Room Management. This webinar will focus on developing a training program. It will include information for new Controllers and continued training with an additional focus on fatigue and AOCs. Focus will placed on the written training plan and annual reviews to test the effectiveness.

Vickie Cain
Regulatory Compliance Specialist Staff, PHMSA Compliance, Oil & Gas | Williams
With over 25 years of experience in the energy sector, Vickie is a Regulatory Compliance Specialist at Williams, a leading natural gas infrastructure company. In this role, she focuses on PHMSA Control Room Management, ensuring compliance with federal regulations related to pipeline safety and operations. She also has extensive experience in procedure development, maintaining and updating policies and manuals for the pipeline control team. Prior to this position, Vickie served as Manager of Pipeline Control, overseeing daily operations and system performance.

Trish has over 25 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, working with operators across the United States and internationally. With deep expertise in regulatory compliance and operational assessments, she specializes in a wide range of services including program assessments (both onsite and offsite), mock audits, effectiveness evaluations, audit preparation and support, and accident/incident response.
Through her company, Trish provides customized training and consulting services focused on key industry programs such as Design and Construction, Control Room Management, Integrity Management, Operator Qualification, and Emergency Response. Her work also covers areas like Leak Detection, Damage Prevention, Corrosion Control, Public Awareness, Health and Safety, Coast Guard compliance, Oil Spill Response Planning, and environmental programs such as the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and Wastewater Treatment.
