Managing Natural Gas Emergencies Workshop

Workshop sessions include multiple learning and group exercise opportunities that prepare attendees to successfully manage natural gas emergencies.  Dedicated sessions include:

  • Incident Command System – The protocol used nationally by emergency responders when they deploy on scene.  Be prepared by knowing their terms, implementation methods, and how to turn authority from one individual to another effectively.
  • Working with Emergency Response Agencies
  • Dealing with the News Media
  • Effective Emergency Plans
  • Exercise Design and Execution – From tabletop exercises to full scale drills, exercises are an invaluable tool in evaluating the quality of your emergency plan and training.  This session will arm participants with the knowledge they need to design and deliver effective exercises.
