Leadership for the Natural Gas Industry

Southern Gas Association is the premier place to go for workforce development in the natural gas industry. The need for succession planning is great, so SGA’s Professional Development Committee has developed this Leadership for the Natural Gas Industry Certification Program designed specifically for the natural gas industry. The courses are taught by instructors with industry knowledge and include industry-related case studies and exercises.

This curriculum was designed specifically for leadership positions ranging from entry level supervisors to mid-level managers. Students will receive training that touches on leadership, communication, team building, business, coaching, customer focus, sales, and legal topics. This program can help companies ensure that their employees have a well rounded introduction to leadership competencies. For more information contact Elaine Parrish.
