This one day workshop will help participants write, evaluate, and/or implement a public awareness plan.

What is RP 1162 and what does it require? How does RP 1162 relate to public awareness rules proposed by the Office of Pipeline Safety in June of 2004? What is the regulatory timetable? How do I develop a public awareness plan, implement this plan, and measure its effectiveness? Come to this workshop to get answers to these questions and more.

This workshop will be beneficial for key personnel involved in developing and implement an effective public awareness program for their operations.

Workshop Facilitators

John Erickson, APGA Vice President, Operations, will be one of the workshop facilitators. Subject matter experts from product and service providing companies and consulting firms will also facilitate discussion during this workshop.
