Change is all around us. Our companies are experiencing
high gas costs, new customer demands, changes in policies and procedures,
restructuring, leader and/or employee changes/rotations, economics,
and technology (like AMR) to name a few. Generally speaking, "things
are more likely to change than remain the same." It is important
to personal and organizational survival that employees develop greater
knowledge, skill and ability to adapt to this continuous change.
Some people accept and adapt to this change which strengthens
their organizations and leads to personal success. Others reject change
and experience negative consequences, which leads to decreased efficiency
and productivity (negatively impacting the organization).
In this workshop, participants will develop positive strategies for
controlling the dynamic impact of change and stress that can lead to
increased individual performance, and organizational productivity. Participants
will also learn strategies to develop themselves so that they can even
coach others to deal effectively with change and stress.
