The 2006 SGA CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) CONFERENCE is designed to assist SGA member companies develop effective strategies for improved customer relations. Through general sessions, roundtable conferences and exhibits, participants will gain knowledge and tools to help them increase customer satisfaction, reduce costs and improve performance.

The SGA CRM Conference will benefit a wide range of professionals who deal with customer service issues - from vice presidents, directors, and managers, to front line personnel.

Conference Format:
The Conference will include General Sessions; breakout and joints sessions; and focused round tables for Customer Field Services; Call Center Operations; Credit and Collections; Marketing; and Technology. An exhibit featuring the latest in CRM services and technology is also included. This format will allow attendees to take advantage of the information offered by industry experts to assist companies in developing a strategic and practical plan for improved customer relations. Attendees will also benefit from open discussions with their peers during the round table conferences.

Conference Attire:
Attire for the conference is business casual. Hotel meeting rooms are often cool; you may want to bring a sweater or light jacket to the sessions.

Registration Information

The registration fees are $595/members and $795/non-members

Hotel Information - Loews Vanderbilt Hotel

To make hotel reservations for the CRM Conference, please call the hotel's toll free number, 800-336-3335, or their direct number, 615-320-1700, and request the SGA rate of $167 single or double occupancy.  The hotel cut-off date for SGA's room block is September 29, 2006.  Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card.  The cancellation of guaranteed reservations must be received 48 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid charge equal to one night's room and applicable taxes.
