Customer Service, Credit and Collections Roundtable Part of the SGA Customer Relationship Management Conference

The SGA CRM Conference will benefit a wide range of professionals who deal with customer service issues - from vice presidents, directors, and managers, to front line personnel. Sponsored by the following SGA Committees:
The Conference will include General Sessions; breakout and joints sessions; and focused round tables for Customer Field Services; Call Center Operations; Credit and Collections; Marketing; and Technology. An exhibit featuring the latest in CRM services and technology is also included. This format will allow attendees to take advantage of the information offered by industry experts to assist companies in developing a strategic and practical plan for improved customer relations. Attendees will also benefit from open discussions with their peers during the round table conferences. Conference Attire: Registration Information The registration fees are $595/members and $795/non-members Hotel Information - Loews Vanderbilt Hotel To make hotel reservations for the CRM Conference, please call the hotel's toll free number, 800-336-3335, or their direct number, 615-320-1700, and request the SGA rate of $167 single or double occupancy. The hotel cut-off date for SGA's room block is September 29, 2006. Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. The cancellation of guaranteed reservations must be received 48 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid charge equal to one night's room and applicable taxes. Questions?
