Registration:
You may register for this conference by clicking on the "Click to Register Online Now" icon at the top left of this page. Fill out the form completely, Submit, and you will be sent a registration submission number by email. You will be invoiced or your credit card will be charged, according to your billing information selection, when your registration is processed. The registration fee is $595 for members and $795 for non-members. GFEN is a co-sponsor of this conference. If you are a member of GFEN, you may register for this conference at the SGA member rate of $595.
NAFEM Trade Show Registration:
Be sure to register for NAFEM so that you can attend the Trade Show during the SGA Conference. You can register for NAFEM by going to www.nafem.org.
Hotel Reservations:

SGA has reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. To make hotel reservations for the SGA Commercial Foodservice Marketing Conference held in conjunction with NAFEM, please go online using www.thenafemshow.org, and follow the link to housing and travel. SGA's block at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta is listed under Allied Organizations and the housing code for online reservations in the SGA block is SGA2007.
The special SGA room rate is $169.00 for single or double occupancy, plus tax. All rooms must be guaranteed by deposit or credit card. After the cut-off date, rooms may be provided on a space and rate availability basis. Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled no later than 3:00 PM Eastern time on September 27, 2007 in order to avoid a possible forfeiture of your deposit.
Hotel Check-In time is 3:00 PM and Check-Out is 12:00 Noon.
Ground Transportation:
Shuttle Service: The Atlanta Link, 404-524-3400. No reservations necessary. The Shuttle runs 6:00 AM to midnight from the airport and it leaves the hotel every 10 and 40 minutes after each hour. The fee is $16 one way/$28 round trip per person.
Limousine: The Hyatt Hotel Concierge can arrange a limousine service to pick guests up at the gate for $65 for a town car, $85 for an SUV or $95 for a stretch limousine. Hotel Concierge: 404-460-4510.
Taxi Service: To/From airport fee: $30 plus $2 per each additional person.
M.A.R.T.A. - (Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority): $1.75 per ride. Rail system runs approximately every 10 minutes. Hyatt connected to Peachtree Center Train Station via Peachtree Center Mall; 15 minutes from the Airport. (Airport pickup at baggage claim, TH Terminal. To get to the Hyatt, take M.A.R.T.A. to the Peachtree Center Station and exit Northeast towards Peachtree Center Mall.
Parking:
Hotel parking: Indoor valet with in-out privileges. The charges are as follows:
0 - 3 hours = $10 3 - 6 hours = $15 6 -8 hours = $18 8+ hours/overnight = $22

6 -8 hours = $18
8+ hours/overnight = $22
Non-Hyatt Parking: Located in the SunTrust building, 1/2 block from the hotel. $15 a day - No in/out privileges.

Conference Dress:
Attire for the conference is business casual. Sports shirts with collars and coats without ties for men, and skirts and blouses or pants for women would be appropriate. Although dress for the conference is casual, some restaurants in the area may require jackets for men or similar attire for ladies. Hotel meeting rooms can sometimes be cool during the day; you may want to bring a sweater or light jacket to the sessions.
