Associate Members Training Day Introduction to the Natural Gas Industry and Quality Service: Defining It, Building It and Maintaining It Dec. 11, 2007 - Houston TX – 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. A day of training designed entirely for SGA Associate Members The first 1/3 of the program is an Introduction to the Natural Gas Industry session, providing a broad overview of the natural gas industr from wellhead to burner tip. The next 2/3 of the day will be a customer service training session entitled Quality Service: Defining It; Building It; and Sustaining It, customized for SGA associate members, presented by Mark Miller, President, Strategies for Success Inc. of Houston TX.
