The Training Professionals Round Table is part of the SGA Environmental, Safety and Health, HR, and Training Professionals Conference.This Round Table is sponsored annually and jointly by the SGA Continuous Learning Committee,Distribution Technical Training Committee, and the Transmission Technical Training Committees.

Whether you're leading a meeting, training employees, or presenting general information…you need effective training and public speaking skills to deliver your message.  In this three hour workshop, participants will learn how to deliver a dynamic message with confidence, style, creativity, and professionalism. A special focus is placed on creating training sessions which are interactive, learner-centered, and unforgettable. Workshop participants will also learn techniques to involve and interact with all listeners and identify and utilize all audience personality types. Get ready to unleash your creative potential and put the ‘dynamics’ back into training and public speaking!

Trainer Bio

Dina Cipollaro, MA, LPC, is a trainer, consultant, and adjunct faculty member in the areas of hospitality and the art and science of work styles and leadership. Well known for her innovative approach to training, Dina has a Masters degree in Counseling and Educational Psychology and is currently the Internship & Outreach Coordinator at Lake Tahoe Community College. Dina brings ten years of human resources experience and a fresh approach to all her training sessions.  A certified "True Colors" facilitator, Dina excels at creating energetic training workshops that both inspire and entertain.
