About the Facilitator

Frank Coy has been working with and learning from leaders, managers, and supervisors even before founding his firm, Human Resource Consultants Inc. (HRC), in 1980.   Frank has a Masters Degree in Organizational Behavior and Adult Learning, and more than 25 years nationwide public and private sector experience.  HRC provides a winning combination of proven skills and field-tested experience that offers practical skills trainee can use to improve communications, motivation, responsibility, commitment, accountability, and results!  Together, these form the "blocking and tackling" of every supervisor’s daily game.

He has consulted and trained leaders, managers, supervisors, and team leaders in such areas as: Positive InterAction Management, Communications, Organizational Development, Team Building, Workplace Diversity, Strategic Planning, Dispute Resolution / Mediation, Succession Planning, Classification and Compensation. He holds a Master's Degree in Counseling and Organizational Psychology from St. Mary's University and Doctoral level training in Adult Behavioral Management from the University of North Texas.
