21st Century
Leadership: Manager's Workshop
The SGA Continuous Learning Committee has sponsored this training featuring
Pete Land as the instructor over the past several years, and the workshop
always receives favorable feedback.
Basic Supervisory Skills:

Building A Winning Team Environment
Project Planning & Management
This program emphasizes the fundamentals of project planning and management
and also focuses strongly on the people aspect of project management.
SGA Natural Gas Profitability
A 1 1/2 day program centers on an interactive board-game simulation of
a gas company. Participants learn by doing and build a solid understanding
of the industry's business issues, and can relate these lessons directly
to their own jobs.
